Iran is the cheapest tourist destination in the world
The World Economic Forum, in its six-month
report, said Iran was considered the cheapest tourist destination in terms of
tourist spending and visited other countries such as Egypt, Malaysia, Russia,
Turkey, according to the International Press Club . ,
Greece, Spain, the United States, France and Italy are more expensive than
Iran.
At the end of the list, the names of 10 countries, including Peru,
Australia, Denmark, Senegal, Norway, Iceland, Barbados, the United Kingdom and
Switzerland, are considered to be the most expensive tourist destinations.
The list includes
tourist fees, including ticket prices, taxes, fuel rates, hotel prices, rates,
and food prices.
Iran is also
ranked 38th in terms of cultural resources and destinations, which is higher
than some European countries, including the Czech Republic (42), Denmark (43),
Hungary (45), Romania (46).
The World Economic
Forum added that Iran ranked four in the list over the past two years to 66.6.
In the list of the
most suitable destinations for tourism, Iran is ranked 93th among 136
countries, considering the various factors that are important for a foreign
tourist, including security, costs, and the number of attractions, health,
markets and access to information.
Among Middle
Eastern countries, Saudi Arabia (Category 63), Qatar (47th) and the United Arab
Emirates (rank 29) are better off than Iran.
Top 10 countries
are Spain, France, Germany, Japan, the United Kingdom, the United States,
Australia, Italy, Canada and Switzerland.
At the end of the
list of the most suitable destinations for tourism, Benin, Lesotho, Nigeria,
Mali, Sierra Leone, Mauritania, Congo, Burundi, Chad and Yemen have been
introduced as the worst tourist destinations.
